WHOLESALE TERMS

MINIMUM ORDER

To open a wholesale account, an initial order valued at $300.00 or higher is required. The minimum size for subsequent orders is $500.00. For limited edition pieces, a minimum of 6 pieces should be bought to be considered as a wholesale purchase.

PAYMENT TERMS

The first purchase must be paid in full in advance. For subsequent orders, 50% is required to start production, and the remaining 50% is due at the time of shipping.

LEAD TIME ON ORDERS

Depending on the items, and quantities, orders will be ready to ship within 4 to 12 weeks. Large, or custom, orders may take longer. Please enquire for more information.

CURRENCY AND PRICE TERMS

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are FOB Castries, St Lucia. Buyers are responsible for all international shipping costs and any applicable import duties in the destination country.

SHIPPING

We currently ship throughout the world. We calculate shipping costs using product weight and size, and where you are located (all orders ship from St. Lucia). Items are normally shipped via regular mail within 4-6 weeks in 1-3 days after completion, although we offer courier services, such as DHL and FedEx, at the point of checkout, where available to your market. Transit time can range from 5 to 20 business days, depending on destination country and shipping method chosen. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.
